1.How will my bouquets be delivered?

With our subscription service, you can choose how often you’d like your fresh flowers delivered — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We’ll ensure each bouquet is carefully prepared and delivered right to your door.

2.When will I be billed for my subscription?

Billing occurs 5 business days before your scheduled delivery date, based on your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This gives us enough time to prepare and ensure the best quality flowers for your order.

3.Can I change my subscription details?

Yes, absolutely! If you need to adjust your plan or make changes to your order, just give us a call before your next delivery or pickup. We’re happy to accommodate your requests!

4.Is it possible to pause my subscription?

Of course! If you’d like to pause your subscription for a while, simply reach out to us at (703) 691-1096 and let us know when you’d like us to resume deliveries. We'll take care of it for you.

5.How do I cancel my subscription?

If you decide to cancel your subscription, just let us know. Call us at (703) 691-1096, and we’ll process your cancellation.

Terms & Conditions

Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
