Flower Subscription FAQ
With our subscription service, you can choose how often you’d like your fresh flowers delivered — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We’ll ensure each bouquet is carefully prepared and delivered right to your door.
Billing occurs 5 business days before your scheduled delivery date, based on your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This gives us enough time to prepare and ensure the best quality flowers for your order.
Yes, absolutely! If you need to adjust your plan or make changes to your order, just give us a call before your next delivery or pickup. We’re happy to accommodate your requests!
Of course! If you’d like to pause your subscription for a while, simply reach out to us at (703) 691-1096 and let us know when you’d like us to resume deliveries. We'll take care of it for you.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, just let us know. Call us at (703) 691-1096, and we’ll process your cancellation.
Terms & Conditions
- Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
- Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
- Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
- Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
- Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
